  2. Download, Review, and Upload Sponsorship 2.0 Products: Handling various sponsorship media and materials such as child greeting photos/videos, child update photos/videos, digital correspondence scans/photos, chosen IL scans, chosen sponsor photos, community update photos/media, sample child expression worksheet scans, and ensuring approval, registration, and mapping of new RCs.
  3. Correspondence Management: Maintaining an up-to-date correspondence tracker, processing RC correspondences received from NO/Support Offices, spot-checking and validating correspondence processing, coordinating processing of RC Annual Progress Reports, reviewing child correspondences for quality, and posting processed correspondences to sponsors.
  4. Data Entry – Correspondences: Handling gift notifications, sponsor letters/gifts, electronic letters, introductory letters, farewell letters, sponsor queries, child annual progress reports, and child Christmas/greeting cards for data entry.
  5. System Maintenance: Ensuring the functionality of Horizon Mobile and desktop applications, providing first-level IT support to AP staff, offering technical advice on ICT procurements, and provisioning user rights to volunteers and LI staff.
  6. Facilitate Capacity Building in Technology: Training AP and LI staff on Horizon Mobile use, office tools and applications, supporting staff and LI virtual encounters, communicating possible Horizon system enhancements, and rolling out GC initiated digital/technology-driven sponsorship initiatives.
  7. Others: Performing assigned duties, participating in committees and task forces, leading devotions, and contributing to organizational goals.

The job posting requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in managing systems and databases, along with a Diploma in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
