Four precautions to take when using biogas    

1. Should be used in a well-ventilated room
2. The gas should be turned off when not in use
3. Cylinders should be placed in lockable places for safety
4. All equipment should be serviced  regularly to prevent any possible leakage
5. Smell of gas in the room should indicate gas is leaking.
