Describe each of the following features of a graphical user interface operating system.

  1. pointer

    this is a software feature in computers directed by pointing devices such as a mouse to effect commands, select an item and identify active position

  2. desktop

    this is a folder programmed as an interface with a summary of items contained in the computer and represented by icons that can trigger an event when clicked. By default, the interface will be the one welcoming users to start using computer resources.
